sqlldr vs referential integrity

Hi,

one enabled foreign key and master table has no data.
I have successfully loaded data not using directpath in detail table and
constraint is still enabled.
I can disable constraint, but when I try to enable it I got error.
Can sqlldr override referential integrity?
