Define other JDBC connection in JDeveloper

How can I include jdbc drivers of other vendor, like MS SQL Server in JDeveloper so that I can define the Connection in my Workspace?

How can I include jdbc drivers of other vendor, like MS SQL Server in JDeveloper so that I can define the Connection in my Workspace?
I have tried including the jar files in my classpath, choosing other JDBC connection, specifying the class and database url. However, it prompts "driver not found" when I test the connection I define. Can anyone please help?
