Forms 6i Can't Login

[Quoted] I downloaded Forms 6i package from the Oracle Samplers and Downloads section.
I ran the installation process (several times now), but anything
having to do with the database asks for a login. I don't know what the
login parameters are. Some old usenet messages suggested "scott/tiger"
and "system/manager", but those don't seem to work. It also asks for a
"host string", and I have no idea what to put there. I tried
"isuites", "local", "127.0.0.1", and blank based on other's messages.
Example:
Username: SYSTEM
Password: MANAGER
Host String: ISUITES
OBE-15387: Login failed ----
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name
Are logins case sensative?
Isn't there a "stand-alone user who does not want fricken login nor multi-user red-tape" option somewhere?
