Exporting Oracle DB in a Java App

Hello, i have a java application which works with an oracle 8i DB. i'am wondering what would be the best way to transport the oracle db onto client machines, without them having the full oracle database on there box.

Basically the question i am ask is , Is it possible to export just the database to a new box, and what drivers and stuff would i need for users to fully interact with DB?
