SQLLoader (many fields to fill)

Hello,
I have two little problems !
1 - I try with SQLLoader to fill one table with about 20 fields. But It seems that SQLLoader does not accept many fields in the same line. How can I do to fill all my fields at the Same time ???
2 - When I try to fill one field of my table called "sequence" I get the 350 ORA Error. meaning that the field does not exist. But when I use INSERT method I can fill this field without problem !! Please suggest.
