Your apologies don't sound very sincere as you are spamming anyway. Anyone interested in commercial messages can and should visit news:comp.databases.oracle.marketplace
I know there are several people in the comp.database.oracle.* hierarchy who only respond when they can promote their own product. Please don't become one of them, or your are going to be a candidate for an abuse message.
