Need help on sqlplus script

Hi,

[Quoted] I am writing a sqlplus script to list those student with grades 'A', 'B', and [Quoted] [Quoted] only 2 'C'. I know how to write it will A, B, & C but the problem is with [Quoted] those student who has grade with 'C' it can only be two 'C'.

If anyone know I can approach this, please let me know. I will appriciate it [Quoted] very much
