Portal30 home page gives 404

I have tried to get my 9ai to work, and everything is fine except that I can't open the homepage of portal30. Jserv.log gives the following message:

     oracle.webdb.page.ParallelServlet

I am wondering if I am missing a servlet (e.g., Parallel.jar)? I finished the installation process without any obvious problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
