LOV in Run Form Web

I faced a problem using LOV in Forms 6i. When I work with Developer and "Run From Client/Server" all Ok but when "Run Form Web" I have trouble with russian letters. When I press key with same russian letter I have in field "Find" another character for instance code "36" (character 6) instead of code "E6". Excuse my English.
