Do I get Reports Designer 6i to access userexit dll's on the Oracle 11i middle tier server?

How do I configure Reports Designer 6i running on my NT PC find the middle tier userexit dll's when doing 11i reports? I would like to do a live preview while customizing a Sales Ack. report. We are at version 11.5.4 on Oracle Financials.
