Oracle Discoverer

Installed Discoverer 3.1 on Win2k machine and when selecting Export it defaults to Text file, i need it to default to Excel as the export type, my old NT4 machine used to do this.
Is there a registry setting or something that can be set to change this. Other NT4 machine i have installed it on do the same also!
