JDeveloper Deployment Problem

I am having problems deploying code to Oracle through JDeveloper. Here is the situation. We have a test and a production database. Recently we moved the test database to the same Unix box as the production database. The code will pass the compiler fine, but will not deploy to the test database. The tns names are fine and the connection seems to be fine. I was told it could be the Class Path on the Unix box, but I am not clear on that. Thanks in advanced for your help!
