I also use OEM and Tools from Quest. Toad is good, and if you have the money you can consider SQL Vision/Lab software. The SQL Vision includes both SQL Lab and SQL recon. Both are really good for tuning SQL. Toad is a basic tool for tuning the DB. Spotlight is an excellent spot check type of tool.
