Use of OLE in Forms 6i

I am trying to open a word document saved in the database using Forms 6i and then updating it and saving it back to the database. For the client/server we used the OLE and it worked fine. But the OLE is not supported when the same form is run in the Web browser. Is there any solution on how to do it in the Web environment.
Any help would be appreciable.
