How to change and compile an Oracle custom form using Developer 2000?

Newby wants to know how to compile a custom form, making a minor change.
If there's a form named xyz.fmx and xyz.fmb, what are the steps to making a change to 1 of the parameters (the old coa_id was 101, but with a GL conversion, the new coa_id needs to be 50133).

I'm on old versions:
10.7.0 SC16.1 apps, 7.3.3.5 db, Forms 4.5.7.1.8, Dev2000 1.3.2 ;
NT 4.0 client, Unix Solaris Sun OS 2.6 .
