[OAS] Calling owa_sec.get_user_id from Java Application

Hi,
I try to call the procedure owa_sec.get_user_id in OAS 4.082 from a JSP
application , to get user authentification, but it returns always "null"
without any authentification window ;
Is it possible to do this or may I get another solution?
