DBMS_SQL under 7.3 and 8.1.6

Hello,
I have this problem in forms 5 :

I did put native in the call of the DBMS_SQL.PARSE procedure so what is
wrong ? is there a way to use the same PLL for both 7.3 and 8i.
DBMS_SQL.PARSE(icrsr_hdl,lsql_creat,1);
