WebDB authentication problem

Hi Folks,
We've got a WebDB 2.2.0.0.5 site up on an NT box against a remote Oracle 8.1.6.1 server, and it is operating just fine, however when we try and download any of the files that have been uploaded to the site, an additional authentication dialogue appears on the browser.
Has anyone had this problem, and any suggestion for getting rid of it?
