Reports over web not returning any data....

Hi,
I am trying to run our reports over the web using 9iAS ver. 1.022. The parameter html page that precedes the running of a report is not returning any values to select from. The problem is not, however, with the parameter page, as even if I bypass the parameter page and run the report against all values in the database, it comes back empty.
When I run the report over the web, I am prompted to login to the database and can do so without problems. The report runs very quickly and comes back empty, where when I run the same report over the lan it comes back with data.
Thoughts?
