portal installation troubles

I'm installing portal from 9i package in a clear server, I'm using step by step and installation guide, but it stops in that way:
C:\oracle\ora9ias\assistants\opca>endlocal
C:\DOCUMEN-1\ADMINI-1\LOCALS-1\Temp>EXIT ERRORLEVEL
What should be the cause?
