TNSListener Service does not start

Hi,
While reinstalling 8.1.6 on NT on a different drive Oracle cannot start the
Listener service anymore.
I says "Can't find the path".
Where do I change the settings so the service can be initiated manually or
automatically?
If this is not the problem, may I reinstall the Listener and how?
