EMPY BLOCK on table

[Quoted] Does anyone know how to release the empty_block allocated for a table?
Querying a table from all_tables tells you the number of the empty blocks
allocated.
Is there a command that deallocate this blocks without exporting and
reimporting the table? or deleting and recreating?
Any help will be appreciated.
