How to do replication

How to do replication in Oracle. I have installed 8.1.5.0.0 on a new NT Server machine. I want to do Snapshot replication from Oracle 7.3.4 to 8.1.5.0.0.
Is there any replication manager or it has to work like under some scrips from SQL*PLUS??
I wish things could be simple like SQL!
Any help would be highly appreciated.
