logging mechanism

[Quoted] [Quoted] I am looking for a plug and play (preferably a pl/sql-package) tool, that allows us to log transactions into a table, without the use of 'COMMIT'. I do not want to use COMMIT as a transaction might have to be rolled back.
I know the use of the DBMS_PIPE-package could be one of the building stones [Quoted] of a logging facility that meet the requirements. I just wonder whether somebody has an off the shelf solution.
