[Quoted] Is the trial version crippled in any way or time limited?

[Quoted] Is the Personal version a "full" version, but aimed at the desktop? At the developer?

[Quoted] I've been to Oracle's website but am not sure I understand the differences among the various "versions".

What I am looking for is something that I can run against in a desktop environment (like MSDE) that I can use to test the VB apps against. I know [Quoted] that my clients have full Oracle installations and staff to support those applications, but up to this point I have been mainly developing in Access and MSDE.

I need something on the development side that won't cost me at this point an [Quoted] arm and a leg since I have to bear the development costs before the clients [Quoted] are willing to pay. If it is necessary to pay for the full product, then I [Quoted] will but I was hoping for an MSDE-equivalent.
