the tnsnames should have the port of the databases that the IA will be
connecting to. there are also two port in the tnsnames and snmp files, 1748
(used for rpc's) and 1754 (used by oem to detect the ia. don't mess with
those port numbers or it won't work. after you install it, you must be able
to tnsping both dbsnmp1 and dbsmp2 (those two ports) successfully for this
mess to work.
