Re: Is the export file of Oracle 8.1.6 portable between Unix/Linux platform?

There was a big change from 8.0 to 8i in the system tables. 8.0 cannot use 8i export files, but 7.3 can use 8.0 export files without tinkering around. Or, at least, that is what we found.
