I assume you mean the the fopen() call in the c programming language runtime library. If yes, post your question in an appropriate newsgroup, such as comp.lang.c or search google (or any other search engine) for 'fopen example'; there should be many results, though I must admit, I didn't try. If, however, I am wrong and you fopen has something to do with oracle, I am more than eager to know the answer
