Problems configuring WebDB2.2, Forms6i Release 2 Forms Server

Hi,
I'm trying to get the above running on my NT workstation using Forms CGI. I've had to use the WebDB 2.2 installation as Release 2 doesn't include its own HTTP listener - I understand that the first release did.
When I try to run a form, I generally get a message indicating that the browser would like to download the 'ifcgi60.exe' rather than run it!
Static pages are handled correctly.
Any thoughts on what might have gone wrong?
