Well,

Hmm, after toying with the makefile and not getting anywhere, I had all the dbobjects belonging to webdb from the migration from 8.1.5, I am able to run the old Oracle webserver that is in the old 8.1.5 home and I have an operational system, so I guess I can repeat the exercise when I do it on site (Just been doing the dev machine for now). There doesn't seem to be any effort from Oracle to provide something useable for Tru64 and 8.1.7 - I guess this 'cherokee' thing is using up resources.

But - why shouldn't webdb 2.2 work with 8.1.7 if it works with 8.1.5 ?
