Hi,
Have a look at Chyfo (www.ispirer.com/chyfo.html) It can export a table to a text file (CSV, TAB and fixed length are supported formats) and generate DDL and load scripts for Oracle. The supports moving of LOBs, generates CREATE TABLE, CREATE INDEX scripts for Oracle and control files for SQL Loader. The tool has a lot of other features.
