frm-40374 when using d2kwutil

Forms 6.0.5.2
A trigger 'when-new-form-instance' do this
win_api_session.change_MDI_icon(win_api_utility.get_active_window,micon||'.ico',0);
On my developer pc, it works well but on user pc it give a
frm-40374.
The d2kwutil is in the same directory than the form and was
attached with removing the path.
Any idea to solve that problem?
