I don't have an answer, just more questions.
First though, we have 2 of Sun's 280R,s which run dual UltraSPARC III s, and I didn't even think to ask if Oracle was running 64 bit. (Sun Microsystems' UltraSPARC III processor is the second generation 64-bit SPARC V9 architecture )
Can the 32 bit Oracle PL/SQL call an external 64 bit C program?
