I would strongly advise against working with such a slipshod company, their management structure is crude and inefficient, if you want to wait 6 months for a solution which needs further work and development and then still fails to work, sure then they are an option.

You are also correct about that they are not cheap. I *strongly* advise every company to stay clear of ascentialsoftware.com, unless you want to get mixed up in another EISA like company...
