I know its not the answer you're looking for, but write your own! You can use whatever reporting tool you're comfortable with, and can get exactly the results you want - any predefined report will probably be lacking in some information you want.

The great thing about the Oracle Repository is it's open and published meta-model. You can get out anything that you've put in.
