   Could you be a bit more specific about what type of recovery you're trying [Quoted] to perform and what you're trying to recover from. It may well be that rman [Quoted] has recovered the tablespace from the backup and then rolled forward throught [Quoted] the archive and online redo logs in order to bring the tablespace up to date, [Quoted] this may be why the tablespace appears to be the same as prior to recovery.
