I would ask your developer if he is referring to the Oracle Forms product or the Oracle database product. I believe you are actually referring to the Developer Forms product. I have had this exact situation, where my form crashes completely, then I recompile it with no chamges (using Shift-Ctrl-K to compile all the code and then Ctrl-T to generate a new FMX) and then it runs fine. I suspect that the incremental compiler in Form Builder is not 100% correct and is corrupting the FMX files. Hope this helps,
