Can someone give me some pointers on how to get started with coverting my application to support local languages.
We have to develop an application in Oracle 8i/ Forms/Reports 6i in English, and convert the application into Arabic.
Is it possible? How much effort will it take. Are there any tools which will do the conversion?
What docs, papers, sites can I see?
Any help is appreciated.
