Creating Oracle ODBC DSN

I've created my connection string using all the keywords I can find defined in the Oracle help, but it fails every time. If I tell it to pop up the configuration dialog, all my settings show up properly, and just hitting 'OK' creates my datasource properly, so I'm pretty sure the connection string I'm using is correct.

I've used this API successfully to set up other ODBC datasources
(including an Oracle DSN for the Merant ODBC driver), so I'm assuming
that the documention is wrong, or there's a bug in the driver.

Has anyone had any success doing this with the Oracle ODBC drivers?
