No this isn't possible. Webdb2.2 is really just a database schema. When you look closely at Webdb you will find a whole bunch of Tables, views, triggers, packages procedures, functions etc... All of the webpages you see are generated by stored procedures so webdb is completely inseparable from the database. The only thing that lives outside the database is the Webdb listener which is used as the gateway for http calls between the browser and database.
