[Quoted] The datadictionary tables like sys.tab$ and sys.ind$. You can use the dbms_utility.analyze_schema('<schemaname>','DELETE') to delete the statistics, so stay away from those tables. You don't see anything more by querying from tab$ instead of user_tables.
