6i will work with 7.3.2, but you'll encounter more errors than you will with
8. From my experience, 6i is buggy enough against the db version it was
meant for, without compounding it by trying to run it against 7.3.2.
Oracle does not support 7.3.2 with 6i, so you'll get no help from support
with any issues you encounter.
My advice - if you have to stay with 7.3.2, also stick with Developer 1.6.
