Hi,
The system is Oracle 7.3.4 on Aix 4.3.
I would like to utilise the french characters in my database. I have
exported the variable NLS_LANG=FRENCH_FRANCE.WE8DEC
but oracle still keeps the new data in old format. Any suggestions?
