I'm not an oracle employee so this is independent...

We're using 6 and 6i with minimal problems (occasional crash) - the environment is:

Development:
- designer 6 (patch 6.0.3.9) under NT
- forms generated into developer 6 (patch 6.0.5.? can't remember) under NT

Deployment:

- Solaris 2.6
- Forms Server
- Jinitiator 1.1.7.18

We're in the process of moving to dev6i development, dev6i.1 server and jinit 1.1.7.30 - so far no major problems.
