About Des6i availability on the web:
could you (being an Oracle employee) bring up the idea of: a) implementing anonymous ftp to download.oracle.com again (it actually still is possible to download without working thru the licence, by typing the internet address of download.oracle.com, but this is http, not ftp)
b) start supporting "Smart Download" (Netscape, GetRight or other resuming download programs)
or c) break up the file into smaller pieces?

It'll save a lot of traffic; e.g. I must have downloaded about 4.5GB trying to get 8iV3 (over 500MB in one chunk), but never succeeded. Same for OEM 2.2 (373MB, again, one file).
