Error 6 initializing SQL*Plus

[Quoted] I just installed Oracle on Red Hat 7 (actually got it to work without errors!) and now I'm having an error when I try to run SQLPlus. The error is:

Message file sp1<lang>.msb not found
Error 6 initializing SQL*Plus

Can someone help me fix this?
