I would suggest one of two possible solutions. The easiest is to use the Oracle ODBC driver to export the table directly into the appropriate schema. BEFORE you do that double check the table and column names to be all UPPER CASE and not to include invalid (for Oracle) characters such as spaces (replace these with an underscode if you like).

The other alternative if you have a lot of migrating to do is to download the Oracle Migration Workbence from OTN (technet.oracle.com -- registration is free) and use it to do the migration for you.
