Simple performancetools, experiences?

hallo,

[Quoted] because of oracle 8 performance problems I am looking for an easy to handle [Quoted] monitoring tool. I would like to see Statistics per user like amount of data [Quoted] read, written, memory usage etc.

Has anyone experiences with an effordable tool for this purpose.

I'm not an Oracle guru so I don't want to write scripts or read 100s pages [Quoted] of printed lists (actually I'm not able to).
