Net 8 assistant & easy configuration...

Hi, all.
I recently reinstalled Oracle 8 on the server.
After the reinstallation, I keep having problems.
the Biggest problem is that I can't start net 8 assistant or Net 8 Easy
Configurations.
Would anybody know why that happens?
I tried reinstalling it several times with no luck and have no idea why it is not working. Before the reinstallation everything worked fine.
