Form Builder - stationary fields?

[Quoted] I am creating a form in which you can scroll up and down. No problem, but I [Quoted] would like the primary key info (username, date, etc) to stay at the top as [Quoted] I scroll thru the 60 or so classifiactions. This is similar to an excel spreadsheet, in which you can highlight the first few rows so that highlighted data does not disappear as you scroll down the spreadsheet. Is [Quoted] there a way to do this in forms?
